Processing & Shipping
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Order placed before 5p EST will be processed same-day, with the exception of any observed holidays.
Orders placed between 5p ET Friday through 11:59 p.m. ET Saturday will be processed the following Monday, with the exception of observed holidays.
In the rare case when an order must be placed on hold, a Cardenas Hats representative will contact you within one (1) business day of the order (same processing times hold). If we do not receive a response after five (5) business days, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
U.S. Shipping - All orders will be shipped in our custom-made Cardenas Hats boxes, designed specifically to ensure safe, damage-free transit from warehouse to your front door. Orders are shipped via USPS/Stamps.com. All orders shipped to the U.S. receive free shipping.

You can also call to place order. Call 866.672.2148 anytime Monday through Friday between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. (ET) and Saturday, 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.(ET).
Cardenas Hats has several secured payment options. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. (A Cardenas Hats representative will contact you if the credit card used cannot be verified.)
Paypal Express Checkout is also an option.
Only one code may be used per order. Certain items (including all sale items) are excluded from special offers. Codes may not be applied after an order is processed.
