Return Policy
At Cardenas Hats, we guarantee the highest quality materials and build for our hats.
On the off chance that you must return an item, our guidelines for product returns and exchanges are included below.
Return: Damaged during Shipping
- Please complete a return authorization request form within thirty (30) business days from receipt of merchandise.
- Retain original packaging and packing materials.
- Do not remove tags or wash hat(s).
- With cooperation from USPS/Stamps.com, you will receive a mailing label to return the merchandise and a replacement will be sent.
Return: Incorrect Quantity
- Please complete a return authorization request form within thirty (30) business days from receipt of merchandise.
- With cooperation from USPS/Stamps.com, the missing item will be shipped at our expense.
Return: Manufacture Defect/Wrong Item delivered
- Please complete a return authorization request form within thirty (30) business days from receipt of merchandise.
- Retain original packaging and packing materials.
- Do not remove tags or wash hat(s).
- We we will send you a return label via E-mail.
- A replacement will be sent upon receipt of the returned item.
Exchanges: To exchange item for another size or color
- Please complete a return authorization request form within thirty (30) days to ensure your desired item is available.
- Any exchanges after original shipment will be paid by the customer.
Guidelines:
- One (1) return per order.
- Returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of receipt.
- Merchandise must be in its original condition and unwashed.
We cannot accept returns that do not meet these criteria; they will be returned to you at your expense.
Tips for Returning Items/Orders:
When returning an item, it is important that you:
- use original package and packing material;
- package your return carefully, as we cannot return or exchange items that arrive damaged due to poor packaging;
- use the return label that we provide, so that we can easily track the progress of the return in case it is lost in transit.
Returning Sales/Promo Items:
- Items that originated from any special or sales, e.g., clearance items, are non-returnable.
